Cancellations or No-Shows with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeit of that session.  It remains the client's responsibility to give advance (greater than 24 hours) notice should the need to reschedule arise.  Situations like inclement weather, illness or emergency situations are all understood to be out of the hands of the client and the therapist will do her best to reschedule for events such as these! 

Packages are due and payable upon signature of the contract.

1:1 Coaching will not begin until the package is paid in full. 

Packages are non-refundable and sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. 

It is understood that coaching is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.  Any options presented by the coach/therapist are options that can be explored with the medical team and any health choices made are made by the client alone and not a requirement of the coaching process.
